No, these are two separate registration procedures. In case you have registered for the European elections and you want to vote for the local town council in October as well, you have to register separately for those elections before August 1, 2024 through the dedicated registration website. Alternatively, if you can't register online, you can use this form (for EU citizens only) or this form (for non-EU citizens). You need to submit the form at the town hall (gemeentehuis). After your registration, the local authorities will verify if you meet the voting requirements.
